Shipping Information:

All our orders are shipped UPS Ground, a tracking number will be sent to your email upon request. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. You may Select second day air UPS.

UPS Second Day is available for only certain states.

Tax will be charged for orders placed in TX.

Payment information: Payment can be made using VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, or Discover. You DO NOT need to create a PayPal account.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization of WorkGear Factory Outlet. Credit for returned merchandise shall be issued at net prices paid, from which we may deduct the following charges: incoming and outgoing freight charges; a 15% restocking charge; reasonable charges to recondition the merchandise, if necessary, to put the items in saleable condition. No merchandise may be returned after 30 days.

Warranty returns or exchanges do not incur an additional fee to shipping, prior authorization is needed.
